Trainee’s Success Stories

At The Gurus we consider it vital to integrate new staff into the job market. 10 of our workers have joined us after the trainings organized by the company. The main objective of the trainings is to find new bright minds to join us. After conducting several interviews and performing background checks, we finally selected our top contenders. Now we decided to talk with them about their expectations and experiences. Here are their success stories and feedback.
How did you find out about this opportunity?
Sofi: I came across the training announcement at The Gurus Facebook page. It grabbed my attention, as I was just starting my career as a programmer and thought that I should take my chance! There exists a great atmosphere, you feel welcomed from the moment you walk through the door.
Liana: I got informed about the Internship from a friend, who works at The Gurus. He has recommended The Gurus as a great reliable company to start a career with. People are very friendly here with a great sense of humor. You will never get bored with them.
What is your impression of The Gurus?
Liana: During our first training I was complicated, at first everything seemed very unusual, but after two or three lessons I felt that it was very interesting for me, and I started reaching everything connected with our topics. At first sight it is complicated, but if you overcome, it really becomes an interesting part of your day. During our first days I could not even dream about becoming part of this team, but now I am here and I am one of them.
Sofi: At first everything seems very complicated, but during the lessons you start understanding everything and it becomes very interesting. Some months ago, I had no idea about SAS programming, but now I am here and have an interesting job, in the context of which I learn a lot.
What do you want to say to our future participants?
Liana: Every day at The Gurus is so informative. We learn new things every day and get a chance to practice our skills in real projects. This type of experience cannot be gained at universities. I really advise others to take risk of entering this world. It is complicated but interesting and promising. Good Luck!
Sofi: Compared to other programs, here we gain more practical knowledge than theoretical. Using practical learning allows us to get hands-on experience and learn the tools we have been studying during our lessons. Attending the course is one of the greatest achievements of my life. It opened new professional doors for me. I want as many people as possible to know and participate, because it can really change a lot in a person’s life.
