Job Overview

The Gurus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a woman between 30-45 years old with excellent knowledge of English. The primary responsibility of the Business Development Manager is to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and increase revenue for the company.



  • Create a short-term and long-term Business plan.
  • Quarterly present business development achievements to Management.
  • Develop appropriate proposals for the promotion of the Company’s Brand.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and other means.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company.



  • Experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (level C1).
