Job Overview
The Gurus team is looking for an experienced, hardworking Clinical Data Manager with a high sense of responsibility, who will be creating and implementing standardized database management procedures, and overseeing the installation, security, and upgrading of the database.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and review data management procedures for clinical trials
- Lead data management projects from study build to database lock
- Map data fields from EDC systems to data warehouse and data views for CDM reporting and other activities.

Develop programs to check the integrity of the data, including range, error, and logic checks
- Create and maintain Data Validation Plan and Data Review Plan
- Conceive, design, prototype, and test new methods, algorithms, and models.
- Review Clinical research documents (e.g., Protocols, Case Report Forms (CRF), and reports).
- Develop database specifications, including eCRF design, edit rules/checks, and query logic and data validations
- Be able to lead and support several clinical studies with minimal guidance
- Develop the Data Management Plan for a clinical study.
- Perform Serious Adverse Event reconciliation activities according to SOPs and guidelines
- Develop User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Plan and create and maintain all UAT documents
- Prioritize data management activities based on a risk assessment plan
Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of database technologies, architecture, and data security
- Knowledge of best practices in database management
- Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good knowledge of English
Salary:
For the candidates with 3+ years of experience 500,000+ AMD
For the candidates with 4+ years of experience 600,000+ AMD
