The Gurus team is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources specialist to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication programs.
Responsibilities
- Establishes, maintains, and organizes employee records, job descriptions, files and ensures that documentation is always accurate, relevant, and updated.
- Composing, coordinating and keeping up-to-date employee’s personal documentation.
- Assists in processing internal arrangements training sessions, team-buildings, events, parties, celebrations, and conferences in cooperation with HR and BD departments.
- Arrange the preparation of employees’ birthdays, Appreciation Day gifts, as well as newly hired employees’ welcome boxes.
- Update internal databases when needed (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
- Coordinate business trips and travel accommodations.
- Carry out necessary administrative tasks.
- Control property supply by checking property availability and employee demand.
- To implement organizational measures during the visits of partners.
- Provide general support and information to customers, answer phone calls.
Requirements
- Work experience in the given field.
- Knowledge of English.
- Ability to multitask.
- Negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
- Problem solving mindset and attention to detail.
