Job Overview

The Gurus team is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources specialist to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication programs.

Responsibilities
  • Establishes, maintains, and organizes employee records, job descriptions, files and ensures that documentation is always accurate, relevant, and updated.
  • Composing, coordinating and keeping up-to-date employee’s personal documentation.
  • Assists in processing internal arrangements training sessions, team-buildings, events, parties, celebrations, and conferences in cooperation with HR and BD departments.
  • Arrange the preparation of employees’ birthdays, Appreciation Day gifts, as well as newly hired employees’ welcome boxes.
  • Update internal databases when needed (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
  • Coordinate business trips and travel accommodations.
  • Carry out necessary administrative tasks.
  • Control property supply by checking property availability and employee demand.
  • To implement organizational measures during the visits of partners.
  • Provide general support and information to customers, answer phone calls.
Requirements
  • Work experience in the given field.
  • Knowledge of English.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Motivation and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Problem solving mindset and attention to detail.
