The Gurus team is looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing Specialist to nurture a strong industry network, increase awareness and develop an enviable corporate image by developing and executing effective communication programs.

Responsibilities

• Plan strategies and execute marketing initiatives to establish brand presence and narrative in the market.
• Develop marketing and branding concepts, and strategies.
• Creating annual and quarterly Marketing plans.
• Preparing Event-based planning.
• Preparing monthly content planning on Social Media․
• Developing social media content plans that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
• Managing the company’s marketing activities mainly on the Website and Social Media platforms.
• Implementing changes to website design, content, and other factors to improve SEO positions for the target audience.
• Having input and creative suggestions in organizing different events.
• Involvement in other marketing-related activities.
• Planning and conducting market and client research.
• Engage with social media followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Create and curate visually appealing content, including images, videos, and graphics, that align with brand messaging and tone.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Experience in Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in marketing.
• Strong ability in content writing and story creation.
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of English.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Professional skills in preparation of Presentations.
• Ability to travel.
